In 1991 I graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Communications. I then earned a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 1997. Since then I have continued post-graduate training focusing on advanced manual therapy of the spine and extremities. In 2015, I started my own practice so I could have more freedom with the way I am able to treat patients. This freedom allows me to spend quality time with each patient, using my hands for treatment while not allowing insurance companies or 3rd party payers to dictate or influence the treatments I provide or the time I spend with each patient. I have seen this to be more beneficial to the patient and incredibly rewarding for me as a practitioner.
I always look forward to meeting and working with each new client. I treat each person with compassion and like to get an understanding of their individual needs.
With my own practice, I am able to take better care of my family and my own well-being. A work-life balance is vital to everyone! I encourage my clients to do the same. Apart from my practice, I enjoy hiking, yoga, mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, and reading a book in my favorite hammock.
